My stay at Club Mermaid was a mixed bag. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, and I found the staff exceptionally friendly. However, the food options were quite repetitive, and the majority of the guests during my visit were Russian, which made the atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable for my family. The beach was disappointing as well, not living up to the hotel's photos. Overall, it's a decent place but has its challenges, particularly if you're not part of the predominant guest demographic.

The food was often bland and not very appealing. The cleanliness of the common areas was a bit lacking, and the communication barrier with the staff was frustrating. However, the pool facilities were decent, and there were moments of enjoyment when participating in activities provided by the animation team.
